This week on AYL we partake in the Paiute Trail Jamboree, see what the Homestead Resort has to offer, cook up some Goulash Casserole and throw some axes.
1:00 – THIS IS WHERE Steven Heumann DOES THE BELLY FLOP. The Paiute Trail Jamboree run by @Jorgensen’s has a lot of fun activities they change up every year, here a just a few: Poker Runs, Guided Rides, Mud Pit Belly Flop, Drag Races, King of the Trail, Dirty Dash, and ATV Soccer. Be sure to sign up for it next year.
4:24 – Homestead Resort in Midway Utah is the perfect place to reeeelaaaaax. ACTIVITIES: PADDLE BOARD YOGA in The Crater (The Homestead Crater) with 90 degree mineral water. GOLFING: 18 holes, champion course. Water features. Public Course. Well maintained. DINING: Fine dining and cafe restaurants. Did we mention that it was D-E-licious? The Homestead has been around since 1886. It was started by the Schneitter family. They immigrated from Switzerland and bought the land to be a farm. Due to the hot pots, the ground was too rocky to farm – so welcome, the Homestead Resort. Miners from Park City would come to the hot spring to soak in the hot mineral water.
